Aims

1. Highlight to Muslims in Britain the importance of engaging with the wider community to dispel misconception and misunderstanding caused by:

     • Our (Muslims) inability to represent or live by Islam         in its broadest context
     • The agenda of the mass media

2. To provide clarity in our role and responsibilities in order to breakdown barriers that are conceptual and others brought about by misconceptions.
